Dan and I were not only classmates through junior and senior high, we went to Harris Elementary together and lived in the same neighborhood--Lealman. I remember riding the bus to Lealman with Dan, and a couple times we caused the driver to stop and tell us to sit down and quit messing around. Dan was a very intelligent guy, and was never short of a joke or prank to get his friends laughing and/or bitching.
