Ann and I met at Mirror Lake Junior High and became so -so friends. It wasn't until after we graduated that we made contact again and would take our children to Gladden Park to play together. One afternoon my toddler daughter Deborah had wandered to the higher slide and was at the top when Ann rushed over to take her down safely. I was ever so grateful. Erna Fox Messenger
I remember meeting Ann for the first time at Lealman Jr. High School when she was a new student assigned to our P.E. class. She was drop dead gorgeous, and we all assumed she would be stuck up. We couldn't have been more wrong. Ann was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside and a blessing to all who were lucky enough to know her. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing.
