Joe passed away on March 12, 2018.  He is survived by this loving wife, Carole (Young), his two children, Michael (Melissa) and Tricia, his 5 grandchildren, Sydnee, Reigan, Rylynn, Aspyn and Berlyn; and his two siblings, Susan and Mark.

To anyone knowing Joe, he was a wonderful, full of fun and jokes, kinda guy.  He never met a stranger and had a gift of gab.  He was dedicated to his wife of 49+ years and his family and friends.  He had a great career in the golf course design and irrigation field.  He loved fishing and hunting and had some great stories from different trips gone awry!  Most recently he cherished his time spent in the NE Georgia mountains.  As a friend recently said, the world will be less bright because of his passing.  He was my best friend, my love and soulmate and will be deeply and forever missed on a daily basis.
