Jim and I were buds @ Meadowlawn and NEHI. It troubled me that there was no info about his passing so I did a little research and found this obituary from August 2008. He was a first class person and I am proud to have known him.
FLACK, James R. 61, of St. Petersburg, died Aug. 7, 2008, at home. Born in Chicago, IL, he moved here at the age of 13. He was a graduate of University of South Florida. He loved sailing and golfing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Florence and his son, Michael. Survivors include his wife, Maria; son, Jonathan Flack; daughter, Lesley Ibanez; grandson, Devin Flack and brother, Robert Flack. Friends may visit the family Sunday, Aug. 10th from 1 pm - 4 pm at the Flack residence. The family prefers memorial donations to be made in his name to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
