Kenneth Peel of Kenneth City, passed away April 7, 2015.  A native of St. Petersburg, he was a retired tug boat captain, a loving father, papa and friend.  He is survived by his children, Roger and Frances Peel, Charlotte and Jack Powell and Deborah and Patrick Emmerich; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Family will receive friends at the funeral home (Taylor Family Funeral Home, Pinellas Park) on Friday, from 10 am prior to the service at 12 pm, with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
