Tom was one of my really good friends. He is probably the reason I have the job that I have now. Tom and I would listen to short wave radio stations from around the world. Now, I am working for the Voice of America, in Washington.

Tom was my first love & I enjoyed every minute of our time together. I wore his mother's ring around my neck for about
a year. I think I was 12 & Tom was an old man of 14.When we broke up it was just because I felt I was too young
to be with one boy too long.He was always friendly to me when I saw him i Publix where he worked. I was
really shocked when I heard he had died. I felt like I hadn't had enough time with himm in this world, even
though we had not had contact with each other for many yrs. Love you, Tom; always. Steph
