WEBSTER, HELEN M., 88, of Roseville, Calif., formerly of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (Nov. 4, 1999) in Roseville after a long illness. A native of West Virginia, she moved to St. Petersburg in 1953 from Pennsylvania. She was a graduate of University of West Virginia and received a master's degree in guidance counseling from Florida State University. She retired in 1976 as a math teacher at Northeast High School, having also taught at schools in Spencer and Elizabeth, W.Va. She sang in the choirs at Westminster Presbyterian Church and
St. Luke's United Methodist Church for many years. Survivors include a son, James Webster, Roseville; two granddaughters, Anne Royston, Roseville, and Christine Manley, Arcata, Calif.; and a great-grandson, Joseph Royston, Orangevale, Calif. Price Funeral Chapel, Citrus Heights, Calif.
