TRIGG, RUTH RICHMOND, 84, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday (Dec. 4, 2002) at Suncoast Manor Health Center. She was born in Louisville, Ky., and came here in 1949 from Lexington, Ky. She was named registrar of Florida Presbyterian College in 1971 after three years as assistant registrar and worked at FPC and Eckerd College, its successor, until her retirement in 1985. Before joining FPC, she was registrar of Northeast High School for 19 years. She was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a member of Lakeview Presbyterian Church.
