Gary Brent Robinson, 67, passed away on Sunday 11/16/2014. He was born on Sept. 10, 1947 in Charleston , WV to Eldon and Dorothy Robinson. Brent was a free spirit and life long reader. Loving father, brother, son and friend. He is survived by his daughters, Meghan Stewart and Anna Robinson and sister, Judith Robinson. Celebration of life TBA. Burial will be in New Orleans, LA.

I am so sorry to hear of Brent's passing. He always had a smile and a joke for everyone. If you were down, he would find a way to pick you up with some silly remark. He was thoughtful to everyone. One of the classes I had with him was Driver's Ed. Naturally in my year book he wrote, ( I will never forget our good times we had in the back seat of the car ) Try explaining that to your children as they read your yearbook. LOL You won't be forgotten and will be missed by many. God Bless. RIP

Brent will be deeply missed by those that knew him. I also had driver's education with him and a couple of other classes. He made all of my classes with him seem happier and easier. I had the privilege of getting to know him during the summer between our junior and senior year. We were both counsellors at the YMCA camp near Odessa, FL. For eight weeks that summer we swam, taught a variety of crafts and sports to three classes of kids from St. Petersburg and spent numerous hours getting into and out of trouble. Our group at the camp included four from NEHI and got to know each other very well. My sympathy to the family and friends of Brent and want you to know that he will be well remembered by the Class of '65.

Yes, indeed, a funny man......remember whenever he and Bryan Holton got a urge to charge across the state to Cocoa Beach to surf, I joyfully tagged along...college daze! So who is up for a raod trip the Nawlins???
